We offer mattress foams in many colors and degrees of hardness for optimal sleeping comfort. Our foam types are characterized by very good durability, high restoring force and very good ventilation. In addition to our standard foams, we also have gel foams and a viscoelastic foam in our assortment.

Certified Quality

Oeko-Tex certification: Our block foams as well as the molded foams meet the Oeko-Tex Standard 100.

ISO 9001: We are working hard to achieve ISO 9001 certification. Successful qualification expected to be completed by the end of 2022.

Logistical support

For the transport of foam blocks we use special trucks, which can compress foam to ensure a cost-effective large-volume transport. If desired, transport by conventional truck is also possible. We take care of the delivery to the right place at the right time.

Standard Polyether Foams

Our standard foam qualities (type designation T) are characterized by a regular cell structure and high air flow. The foams are available in various densities, colors and hardnesses. Matching your application, these parameters can be adjusted to your products and processes.

HR Foam

Cold foams, also called HR foams (HR = high resilience), offer a very high elasticity and very good dimensional stability. Our HR foam is also characetrized by high air flow / breathability. These properties ensure a pleasant sitting and sleeping climate.

Viscoelastic Foam

Viscoelastic foam is a point-elastic foam, which is characterized by its delayed recovery behavior. This allows the foam to optimally adapt to the shape of the human body or head and contribute to pressure relief. Our pneumatic viscoelastic foam is therefore ideal for use as a pillow or mattress topper.

Flame Retardant Foams

Fire protection is a very important issue in many areas. Foam can also make an important contribution here. In addition to meeting the highest comfort requirements, our flame-retardant grades also comply with the MVSS302 fire standard.

Note: Flame-retardant foams are currently still under development, so we cannot yet offer a product ready for series production.

Recycled foam

Sustainability is becoming increasingly important in PUR foam business. Therefore, we have developed a product line that places special emphasis on the recycling of foam. We have a foam mattress with 15% recycled materials. In addition the matress cover consists of 100% recycled polyester. Production and logistics are climate neutral.

Note: So far we only can offer one foam type. Others types are under development.

Rolled goods

Currently, we offer foam only in blocks. However, we are already working on the production of foam in rolls.
